Built with rugged PVC shells and weighing less than half as much as many traditional hand percussion drums, the Sympatico® System was designed for musicians and educators who need instruments that are easy to transport, easy to store, and enjoyable to play. Choose between two head options to match your playing style:

Unlike traditional tunable djembes, the Sympatico® System hides the tuning mechanism inside the drum, keeping the instrument lightweight, comfortable, and easy to handle. Both head styles are removable for easy cleaning and can even be played separately as hand drums for added versatility.
The 3-piece set includes 8", 10", and 12" drums that nest inside one another for compact storage and transport, making them an excellent choice for music educators, drum circle facilitators, therapists, and performing percussionists.
