Please review the official rules below before entering the X8 Drums weekly gift certificate giveaway.

1. Privacy Policy: We will never sell or rent your personal information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
2. Winner of the gift certificate will be notified via email each week.
3. The prize will be delivered by email after the winner is selected.
4. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States.
6. Entrants are allowed only one entry per month.
7. Employees, suppliers, representatives, and agents of X8 Drums and their immediate families and/or members of their households are not eligible to enter.
8. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
9. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that X8 Drums may post his/her name on the “Previous Winners” page and in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
10. By accepting a prize, all winners agree that X8 Drums, their affiliates, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of X8 Drums, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including, without limitation, injuries, loss, or damages arising out of or relating to death, and injuries, damages, or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
11. X8 Drums reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary.
