You have awesome customer service! Mark had emailed me about the ornament being sold out, but I didn't read my eamail until just before Christmas, when I noticed my order didn't come. I replied directly to him and he got the substitute necklace sent out the next day and I had it a few days later. He kept me updated and really took good care of my order!
