The Djembe is at the heart of Toca Percussion as their pride and joy. With a special focus on beginner players, drum circles and schools, Toca offers both hand carved Mahogany and synthetic djembe shells, available in rope and mechanically tuned versions.
Launched in 2005, the Toca Freestyle Djembes are one of a kind. This patented innovation is lightweight, durable and offers the same great sound as traditional Mahogany Djembes, with a slightly higher tone. They are the perfect choice for drum circles, percussive gatherings and classrooms because of their durability and portability.
