"Rhythm Tech Warranty: 2-Year Limited Rhythm Tech instruments and accessories carry a two year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing flaws. Rhythm Tech requires that all products for warranty replacement be returned to us for review. Please enclose a copy of your original purchase receipt with your product, as this is vital to determining the warranty period. Please package your broken product in a clean box. A product will not be replaced if it has been: misplayed, played with excessive force or treated abusively; bought second hand or used in a lease program; if it has been previously replaced by Rhythm Tech; or if more than two years have passed since the purchase of the product. Note: Customers outside of the United States must return products directly to the dealer/store that they purchased them from. The store will, in turn, contact its distributor for replacement.
