I had seen other people with straps like these for their djimbes, but these are my first pair. They are comfortable, even on a larger person, and seem sturdy. The Batik fabric on the outside of the straps is just my style. The connection clips to the drum are easy to use, but sturdy and secure.

I've only worn my drum straps at band practices so far but that's still about on hour at a time of use. It's wonderful. No pinching or pressure on the shoulders and holds the drum exactly where I need it. It's a little warm on my back but it's worth it for that extra padding on the straps. Love it!
