Drum Therapy for Juvenile Offenders

When it comes to the application of drumming in helping people live better lives, perhaps there is no better population to consider than our at-risk youth. Therapeutic drumming has seen results for many behavioral and emotional issues, as well as increasing self-confidence and self-awareness. 10TV reports that the Central Ohio Symphony was recently awarded a grant that will enable the organization to bring a drumming program into the juvenile court system in Delaware County.
