My shopping experience with X8 Drums was great from the initial learning what a djembe was to the prompt delivery. It was great being able to see video demonstrations of all the choices. The instructions on how to select the size to the differences between rope tuning and mechanical and synthetic versus natural materials were extremely helpful. Customer service was polite and kind. I had typed my email address incorrectly, but when I called they knew who I was right away. Drum came tuned and ready to play. Our drum teacher said the sound quality was great.
