2011 DRUM! Night

Northern California may never be the same again after the dust settles from the 2011 Drum! Night premier drum event. The evening promises to showcase some of the finest known drummers, including the rhythm section of Santana, Raul Rekow and Karl Perazzo, Thomas Lang, and Terry Bozzio as well as Street Drum Corps Presents BANG! and Armando Peraza. Along with performances by these percussionists, the 2011 Drum! Night event will provide opportunities to learn from these greats, try out new drum gear and witness the first annual Bay Area Drummer Achievement Awards (BADAAS).

If an evening of drumming is not enough, the 2011 Drum! Night event will also raffle off some amazing drumming gear. Brands like Sabian, Remo, Mapex, Vic Firth and more have donated a horde of merchandise guaranteed to dazzle and astound even the most seasoned drummer. The grand prize is a Mapex Meridian Maple Drum Kit with Sabian AAX Cymbal Setup, drum set guaranteed to increase the awesome of the drummer lucky enough to hold the winning raffle ticket. All proceeds of the 2011 DRUM! Night Raffle benefits the Performing Arts Music Program at Lincoln High in San Jose, California.
