Putty for bass mridangam head. 10 Grams of putty for the Thoppi (left) head of the mridangam. The putty is selected to create a pleasing Bass sound when applied to the center of the left head.

Replacement head for the 16" tupan drum. Includes wooden hoop for strength and stability.

Adjustable leather strap for holding the tupan. When buckled, the length to the shortest hole is 44" and the longest hole is 48".

Sheesham wooden stick (also called Pullu) for tuning the Mridangam. The wooden stick is for holding it against the Mridangam head and tapping it with a stone to adjust the pitch.Item overall length is 4 5/8 inches.
