I was very very very satisfied with my product AND the shipping service. The box was well labeled "FRAGILE" which shows that they care about my package. On my invoice, someone even wrote by hand "Thank you, Katelyn :)" This was very personable and made me very happy.

I purchased these bongo drums for a friend of mine that was recently diagnosed with MS. I read an article about the benefits of banging on drums to relieve pain and strain of MS. Your staffer Matt was extremely knowledgable with my questions via live chat to help me find the right ones. And they came in a turquoise like shade which was absolutely perfect for her. The shipping was amazingly fast and she loves them. She has been posting pics of them on Facebook she enjoys them so much. I can't thank your company enough!
