Drums Plus Drummers Equals Good Math?
The connection between music and math has been widely studied, especially when it comes to the academic achievements of students involved in music classes and programs. MusicRadar, however, has recently published a thought-provoking article on the connection between drummers and mathematicians. In this piece, it is noted that complex math is required to create and understand music, and the ability to connect to something that is ultimately intangible requires a special sort of mind related to the earliest explorers of math and the cosmos.
