Finely crafted from a single piece of plantation-grown Mahogany wood, the Medium 8-Inch African Style Rope Tuned Djembe from Nino's Earth Series delivers full, voluminous tones for an authentic djembe sound.
While the djembe is designed in traditional African style, including the use of hand-selected goat drum head, modern influences enhance the drum's quality. The djembe features 25 4mm, double-braided rope runners made from HTP nylon ropes for superior strength and durability and accurate, long-lasting tuning.
Keeping in line with its traditional, Earth-inspired design, the black and brown shell features earthy patterns that emulate vast fields of grain swaying rhythmically in the wind.
