It always take a little bit of faith ordering drums online with-out a real test drive. I wanted a Djembe with a nice low-end sound and good pop, and I had actually considered getting the Grand Stallion, but based off of X8Drums helpful sizing Information I knew that would just be too big for me. At 5’8 this drum pushes my limits size wise, I just have to make sure I have my throne. But the sound… It is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Nice low-end, nice pop like a snare... in three words; IT IS PERFECT!

I ordered the stallion pro. I received a call from x8 that the drum was on a ship and had to go through customs so it would be a month before I received it. They asked if I wanted to wait or order another drum. I'm so glad I waited. The sound is incredible! It's exactly what I expected.

What an amazing sound! I'm an international buyer, and this drum surpassed my expectations! I'm so pleased with the pitchs of the slaps, and the depth of bass, never thought it would be lightweight as it is, without compromising the sound. Excellent instrument!
The Stallion's Sound will Staisfy!!!
