Order Status
Where is my tracking number?
  A tracking notice will be emailed to you when your item is shipped. Tracking numbers are also available via your X8 Drums account page. This email is sometimes filtered as spam, so please check your spam/junk mail folders.

If you are having trouble locating your tracking number, please log in to your X8 Drums account. If there is no tracking number posted, look for order notes explaining any delays.

If you did not create an account when you placed your order, please email your order number and billing name to support@x8drums.com and request your tracking number.
Has my order shipped?
  We will send you an email as soon as your order ships. You'll typically receive your tracking details within 24-48 hours of placing your order, however for Latin Percussion and Toca products please allow up to three days before receiving your tracking number(s). Feel free to contact us for a status update (via email or use the live chat button please).
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Contact us if you need to edit or cancel your order (via email or use the live chat button please). Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, you'll need to wait until the item has been delivered and then return / exchange it.
My order never arrived.
  If you received your tracking numbers via email, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipping company's customer service department for assistance.

If you need more assistance, contact us (via email or use the live chat button please). Please note that the online shipment notices on the UPS and USPS websites are delayed, you may need to wait 8 hours or more for their tracking information to update.
