No Matter the Instrument, There is an Impact

Music and arts education programs are being cut across the country because of economic reasons. As the first programs to continually feel the brunt of educational goals that revolve around test scores and measured performance, many feel that the arts are just a secondary education that is there to fill time. However, Huffington Post reports that not everyone feels these cuts are the right choice.
