Drumming "In the Moment"
Drumming has a natural capacity to help eliminate the anxiety and stress of the day, through various actions and benefits of a stimulated brain. There is more to the drumming dynamic, however, as a recent story on mcall.com points out. Drumming is not only a cardio-based exercise that draws on the calming influence of music and rhythm, but, it also is a complete exercise in being "in the moment" during an activity.
