How the Bongos are Played: Bongo drums produce high-pitched sounds, and should be held between the knees. They are traditionally played by striking the drumheads with the fingers and palms, although some contemporary compositions require sticks or brushes. These drums can also be played on a stand, as is the case with concert orchestras and bands.

    Tycoon Percussion Grand Series Bongos

These are a substantial set of production bongos, sturdy hardware with a nice finish, stave work is tight and the wooden shells are nicely formed. Standard heads supplied deliver a pleasing tone and the overall appearance of the drums is very nice. An excellent production bongo that offers value for money, I am more than pleased with my purchase.
