"Rhythm Tech Warranty: 2-Year Limited Rhythm Tech instruments and accessories carry a two year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing flaws. Rhythm Tech requires that all products for warranty replacement be returned to us for review. Please enclose a copy of your original purchase receipt with your product, as this is vital to determining the warranty period. Please package your broken product in a clean box. A product will not be replaced if it has been: misplayed, played with excessive force or treated abusively; bought second hand or used in a lease program; if it has been previously replaced by Rhythm Tech; or if more than two years have passed since the purchase of the product. Note: Customers outside of the United States must return products directly to the dealer/store that they purchased them from. The store will, in turn, contact its distributor for replacement. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
