The X8 Djembe warehouse is located in San Marcos, TX. We process and prepare each order within 24 hours of payment confirmation (except weekends and holidays).
All items ship via FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail, both take between 2-5 business days for delivery (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). As soon as your item ships, you will receive your tracking number via email. All X8 Drums djembes ship from San Marcos, so the closer your shipping address is to TX, the sooner your item will arrive. Drums that require tuning or special inspection may require an additional day of processing.
When you purchase this model Djembe, an experienced drum tech will inspect and play your drum before shipping. Since we are a specialty djembe shop, our main priority is getting you a quality drum that sounds great and is free of any defects. After inspection, your drum is carefully packaged with extra padding to ensure a safe travel to your doorstep. Every X8 Drums Djembe comes with a Djembe Care and Maintenance Guide, access to our online Djembe Video Lessons and a notice that your drum is made of environmentally friendly materials.

The X8 Drums checkout process uses SSL (which stands for "Secure Sockets Layer"), the de facto standard for Internet security. Note: Texas and New Jersey residents are required to pay sales tax because we have established offices in both states.
All purchases are granted a thirty (30) day approval period from the date of purchase. If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. If you have an item that you would like to return, please inform us using the Returns link located at the bottom of our homepage. We will then contact you with return instructions. X8 Drums allows one exchange per order. Authorized exchanges are for a similar, same cost item.
