Backordered Items
  If an item is unexpectedly backordered, we will contact you immediately to let you know your options. All backorder and special order items are subject to a 10% re-stock fee if you decide, for whatever reason, not to follow through with the purchase when the merchandise becomes available for shipment. No exceptions!
Does free shipping apply to Hawaii and Alaska?
  Sorry, free shipping only applies to the Contiguous US. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged for shipping. If find out the cost for shipping a specific item, add it to your cart, enter your zip code and press Apply. We have established great shipping rates with FedEx, which will be reflected in the costs you see on the shopping cart page. If you would like to verify shipment costs, feel free to contact us.
How long will my order take to get to me?
  We have several warehouses across the country, so shipping times vary from 2-5 business days. Depending on the instrument ordered, we will ship it from the closest location to the delivery address.
How do I track my order?
  You will first receive an automatic e-mail receipt referencing your purchase order number. Please keep this for your records. Your electronic receipt will include details such as billing and shipping address, amount paid, shipping method, and other specific order information.

Next, we will process your order and send a second e-mail referencing your tracking number(s). Depending on what you ordered will determine how quickly your order ships, thus how fast you will receive your tracking number(s). As a general rule of thumb, Latin Percussion and Toca products typically, but not always, ship two to three business days after you place your order. Most other products ship the same day if ordered before 1pm EST Monday-Friday. If you need your order quickly, please contact us first for an estimate on how long it will take. How much is my shipping?
 

If your order total is over $149, it ships for free!

All other orders will receive our low shipping rates with FedEx or USPS and your shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the package(s) and distance from our shipping warehouse.

Find out what the shipping costs will be by placing items in the shopping cart. To place the item in your cart, click the red "Add to Cart " button.

Once you are viewing your shopping cart, a "zip code" textbox appears allowing you to enter your zip code and calculate shipping rates for the items you are considering. (Only works for U.S. and Canadian zip codes). Shipping Costs Are Estimated: Note that shipping costs may be higher than quoted in some rare cases, especially if you order oversized items, large quantities or shipping to addresses outside of the contiguous United States. You will be notified prior to processing your order if shipping costs are greater than estimated.

Each order's shipping price varies depending on quantity, weight and destination. Shipping estimates are from the time FedEx or the Postal Service receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and holidays). International orders take some time to arrive so please be patient.

In most cases, a FREE SHIPPING item will be delivered via FedEx Ground. However, we may occasionally choose to ship an item via USPS Priority Mail if it makes more sense.

What is your return policy?
 

By purchasing from X8 Drums you agree to the following terms:

There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. Restocking fee does not apply to authorized exchanges.

All purchases, except printed or recorded material, didgeridoos* and blemished drums, made from this website - as well as any orders made via phone - are granted a thirty (30) day approval period from the date of purchase. If you decide not to keep the merchandise, you may ship it back to our warehouse, in the original carton with all accompanying packaging and paperwork. When we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the purchase, less shipping costs (both ways) and a 10% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from the warehouse. If you have an item that you would like to return, please inform us using this form. We will then contact you with return instructions. X8 Drums allows one exchange per order. Authorized exchanges are for a similar, same cost item.

*Kindly note there are no returns on Didgeridoos. Playing a didgeridoo requires the player to press their mouth against the instrument's opening and rolling their lips to produce the desired sound. Due to the nature of playing the didgeridoo we do not allow returns. Shipping damage does not apply.
