These authentic African musical instruments are completely handmade of calabash gourds and shells. This popular instrument is used extensively throughout all of Africa. It produces a muted shaker sound that can be either very subdued or very loud.

Since these are made from natural gourds, sizes range from 14" high x 12" width to 12" tall x 11" width.

Color of gourd will also vary from brown to dark brown to black.
